Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information.
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Crossferry ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information when you visit this website or contact us about our services.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form or send us email, we receive the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, employer, and whatever you tell us about your project. Please do not send confidential technical material through the website form; we will agree a secure channel first.
Information collected automatically. Our servers and analytics tooling record standard technical information about your visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and aggregate analytics.
Information from applicants. If you apply for a role, we collect what you send us and any information you ask us to consider.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To send information you request, and occasional updates about our services where we have a lawful basis to do so. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Sharing
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer-relationship and scheduling tools — under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither) and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not charge you for it in ordinary cases.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Disabling cookies may affect parts of this site.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We operate in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Children
This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
