Terms of Service

Terms governing use of this website.

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Website only

These Terms cover the website. Consulting services are provided solely under a separate written agreement between Crossferry and the client. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, and no engagement begins until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site unlawfully, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping at a rate that degrades service, or by introducing malicious code;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, tutorials, graphics, logos and code samples — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this content. You may not republish it substantially, or use it to train a model for commercial resale, without written permission.

Code samples published in the tutorials may be used in your own projects without attribution and without warranty of any kind.

Third-party names and links

Product and company names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

No professional advice

The tutorials and other material on this site are general technical information, not advice for your specific situation. Your application, your data and your obligations are your own, and you should verify anything here against your circumstances before relying on it. Nothing on this site is legal, security or compliance advice.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site. Our total liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
